Cyclist Statistics 2008

Again, statistics are pulled directly from DDOT’s Traffic Safety Statistics Report 2006-2008, a 130-page PDF. Leave a comment if you’d like a copy e-mailed to you.

The report doesn’t present statistics in a consistent way, so there is no table by cyclist action mirroring the pedestrian accident table in the previous post. What they have instead is Bicyclist Involved Collision by Injury Code:

The rest of the statistics they offer about pedestrians and cyclists rely heavily on gender and age. Coming soon.
